Probably not. What's more Iron is hard on the stomach so it might make you puke.
Water, B complex with vitamin C and sleep work best. The water and the vitamins replace what the alcohol took out of you that causes the hangover. You might need to supplement with an aspirin. (tylenol is a bad idea after alcohol as it could be toxic).
A better answer, prevention. In addition to the obvious answer, uh..drink less, here's what helps me:
1. I double fist drink - one hand has the drink the other has water. This fights the dehydration that makes you feel so bad in the am and fights the headache
2. Before bed I drink more water while washing down 2 aspirin and a b complex with c capsule.
Don't mix tylenol (aceteminophin) with alcohol or it can destroy your liver at a surprisingly low toxicity level.

Too much iron can hurt your liver but lots of water will definitely help a hangover. Try to drink at least eight ounces before you pass out, then drink as much as you can the next day. Alcohol uses up the hydration in your brain, that's why you have a headache.

I have found that if I will take a Antihistamine right before the party is over, it will help me to sleep and in the morning I wake up refreshed and no hangover. The only thing I suffer from a little is cotten mouth, but that's minor....

No. Lots of water, tylenol (extra strength), and later a little dry food like bread when you feel hungry...although you might puke that up if your real bad.
Of course if you are willing to regret it a red bull or a beer sometimes helps...but I recommend the first. It's less painful later on.

No drink pediasure, it is in the baby section at the grocery store or local pharmacy, it is the best, better than gatorade and installing electrolytes back in to your system
