My son who is 20 months old has all of his teeth and he has some mollars already. But as of this past week he has been so sick with a runny nose and it has turned into a cough. I looked inside his mouth and come to see even more molars already which I hear are his 3 year molars. Is this normal?? Im just wondering cause there isnt any room in his mouth it seems?? any ideas?

Since some babies are born with a full set of teeth, I won't worry about what is "normal", just what is good for him. Take him to the dentist and have him checked out. If his nose is running yellow or green, he has an infection and needs to see a doctor. If white or clear, he's running because of teething.

Mydaughter got her '3 yr molars' right around 2 years old too. They were also the only teeth that made her sick when they were coming thru.

The runny nose and cough could be allergies. Does he wipe his nose with his palm in an upward fashion? That's called the allergy itch.

They are his 2 yr molars - he's just getting them early.

Nothing is "normal" because all babies are different. I guess it's just his time to get more teeth.
