He respects u so much he doesnt want to cross any boundaries that will make you uncomfortable, but he is very horny when he's around u. How long have u been dating? Well if u havent had sex yet, then he's been going without sex for that amount of time. If u do want him to cross those boundaries when ur cuddling next time, kiss him, let him know its ok to go there, he already gave u the ok...................he really wants to take u "there". but dont go "there" until ur ready, cuddling will suffice for now.
