Hi. I have some over rippen bananas. Cam anyone recommend a good recipes I can make with them?

Overripe bananas are the best banana to use when baking a banana cake or banana bread. Go on line for recipes. Good luck, don't wait too long as you will just have to throw them out.

over rippened by how much?
if they are yuck when you peel - throw them out
otherwise - make banana fritters - YUMMM!

INGREDIENTS :

3 bananas
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup milk
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 grated nutmeg

METHOD:

Crush bananas till they are creamed.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and nutmeg.
Add milk and bananas then mix.
Dip a large spoon in oil and spoon scoop batter into frying pan.
Deep fry in a frying pan till brown and crisp on the edges.
Drain on paper towel and serve

Banana bread is always good. Or you can freeze them (skin and all) and save it to add to a protein drink or ice cream for a nice, thick banana shake. I like mashing them and adding them to my pancake batter for some yummy banana pancakes.

Banana Nut bread is great to make with over ripen bananas.........i don't have the recipe, but i know you can find one on line. Banana pudding is always good too.

make a slit in the skin, stuff some chocolate chunks into the split, wrap in foil and bake then for about 15 minutes, they are delicious!!!
