Heck no! It's the most fun you can have without getting arrested or getting podgy. There are plenty of physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Plus the fact that the release of hormones and endorphins is fantastic for the good of the body, and can stimulate physical healing. Do it meaningfully with someone you love and it will always be great. Sex is also the very process which brought you into this world :-)

yes it is people have not experienced enough of life. So they dont much to compare it too. But yeah its overrated

sometimes yeah it is, i think it depends who you have sex with. if its with someone you really care about then it can be amazing but otherwise i think its a bit over-rated yeah.
