Just put her back in her own bed. She will get the picture sooner or later. If you don't, and you are too lazy to correct this, it will be a problem for many years.

She's just had her routine interrupted with her bottle being stopped but she will get used to it it just takes some time and patience on your part just keep taking her back to her bed every time she gets up take her back it could take a few times or 20 times what ever it takes if you let her stay you'll have to start all over again and it's so much better for her to feel secure enough to be in her own bed

Just keep putting her back in her bed, no matter how many times a night you have to. Eventually she will find that she can sleep a whole night in her own bed without a bottle, and survive.
She's just doing it because there was a change in her routine and it caused her to feel a little insecure. by putting her back in bed every single time you're teaching her that she can feel secure about her bed, and continue to sleep there all night, safe and sound.
Its frustriating but she will come through this phase, both of you will, so long as you remain consistant.

just give her the bottle back. mine 19 months has a bottle at night and a sports bottle during the day. better you both get a good nights sleep than worrying about bottle vs cups. My friends little girl didn,t give up her night bottle till the night before she started big school when she announced that she was too big now to have a baby bottle.

You need to be consistent and keep putting her back to bed. It might be inconvenient to you, but this is the only way.
If you start letting her sleep in your bed, you are going to have a harder time down the road.
I think the bottle was her security blanky, I think you should go to walmart and buy her a special bed time bear. Play a game with it.
Make pretend that the bear talks and make the bear say "I love this bed, its soft" you can make kids believe anything. I did this to my daughter.

i took my toddler off his bottle too and gave him the sippy cup and for a while i was in the same situation as yourself. but we decided that if he got into the habit of sleeping with us at all we would be in trouble. so i gave him his sippy cup going to bed and left it between the wall and his bed so if he woke up he could reach for it. and amazingly it worked. he got sick of waking up for it and began to sleep all night now he seldom asks for it and i get a good nights sleep try it you have nothing to loose, best of luck!

Don't let her sleep in you bed if she comes in your room take her back in her room and lay in there until she falls back asleep but trust me you don't want to start that habit. My friend son is 9 now and he still sneaks in her bed in the middle of the night.

It's part of growing up. Just pick her up and put her back in her own bed and don't say anything. Just keep putting her back and eventually she'll realize she's sleeping in her own bed.
