Somehow I think you already have 'excepted' Jesus so I guess the only heaven you get is the one you make for yourself.

There are some things to think about here. First of all, what do you mean by "except"? It means "to take out," in the sense of "I like every vegetable except asparagus." I think the word you are looking for here is "accept" which means "to take in."
Having got that out of the way, you must now determine whether there is a Jesus, and whether there is a heaven to which one can "go."

I think you mean, or I hope you mean accepting Jesus in your life. If so, remember, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Also remember, it is by His grace that you are saved.
I think, yes, you will, but it requires a desire to live a Christian life. Note the word desire, not have to, just strive to, because there is no one that has not sinned. I hope I have helped you. I am a Christian and I have strayed many times. He refuses to let me go because He loved me before I ever knew Him I can't imagine a life without Him. You can tell Him anything, can even tell him if you are angry.

You have to accept Jesus as the Lord of your life, your Savior. Confess your sins to God and renounce them. Accept His forgiveness. Don't think you have to change and be "perfect" before you accept Jesus. Just accept Him and He will work in you and help you.
A sample prayer to guide you in this is as follows:
"Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God. I believe that You died for my sins and rose from the grave. I invite You into my heart and receive You right now. Thank You for forgiveness. Thank You for a new life. Help me to be what You want me to be and live Your life through me. Amen."
Just say whatever is in your heart to God. He's not hung up on certain ways of saying things.
Here's a resource that explains more in detail:

Here's a whole page of links to teaching sheets that explains a lot of things you might have questions on:

There's a good Christian show called the 700 club you can watch for free online. Just go to http://www.cbn.com/ and click on the "watch now" link on the right hand side of the page. The show has news, testemonials, a section called "bring it on" where people email their questions and they answer some of them on the show. They give lots of information and spiritual "food". Lots of times they explain some of the tricky issues on the show that can be hard to understand. When I was a new Christian this ministry helped me so much to grow in the Lord.
I am so thankful and praising God that you are considering making this step. I tried everything the world has to offer, I tried other religions, and I can tell you from personal experience that you will never regret accepting Jesus. It's the best decision I have ever made. My sins were so many and Jesus has forgiven them all and I am so thankful. God wants to welcome you into His family. Doesn't matter who you are or what you have done. If God can forgive me and change me, then He can do that for anyone.
~Praying for you!~

When the time comes it will come down to you and G-d. Jesus has nothing to do with you getting into heaven or not.
Why should have to go through other entities to speak to G-d.
When something is bothering you do you start to talk to Jesus or do you go right to the source, G-d?

My advice is to go to a local church and ask the reverend, priest, pastor, or whoever is leading the church. You're thinking about a very serious question. You should probably talk it over with someone who can tell you more about it.
Besides being saved, having faith can help you in this life. It can help you deal with feeling guilty, being angry, falling into loneliness, and a bunch of other things. The church should do more than just help save your soul... It should help you enjoy life and help you help others along the way.

If you also try to do what He has told us (in the Bible) then you will go to Heaven.
Just excepting Jesus is not good enough, we are also to do His commands, for Jesus said "If you love me, you will keep my commands".
