how to know whether a shy guy is interested in a shy girl?

Just want to know the signs? like some kind of testing a shy guy whether he likes a shy girl or not?

If both the girl and the boy are shy....it would be hard for any sort of relationship to get started. Maybe have friend talk to the guy (or to one of his friends) to find out for you.
