You put them on blast baby. I had one who would sleep in her cubicle all the time. I had balloons in my cubicle and of course I'd pop them every hour or so just to perk her up!

Make a decision that you can be proud of, not embarrassed by later. After all, it should (and it sounds like it does) matter to you what your professional reputation is.
Start by having a chat with your boss and ask her what the other worker's job actually is. Once you know what she is expected to do, compare it to what she is actually doing. If it doesn't measure up, have a second talk with your boss and request some action be taken because it's having an impact on you by increasing your workload.
If your boss is such a coward that she still won't address the issue, then you must choose: stay and accept it or move on to another position you find more equitable. Good luck.

I work with many lazy people. As hard as this may be, you must go to work and give 110% percent of yourself every day. Don't worry about what everyone else is doing. Eventually the boss will notice your hard work and you will be rewarded. It may take some time, but it works, I promise. Worrying about someone else is only making your life miserable. However, It still may be a good idea to bring the lazy ones performance to the attention of your boss. Just be professional and remember that person may be having some issues outside the workplace that is affecting her performance inside the workplace.

DON'T complain about the 2 days. She's there part time, and she's getting 2/5 (or less) of the salary, and quite possibly no benefits. So she should be doing about 40% of the work you're doing.
But it sounds like she's doing 10% of the work you're doing. Just casually mention to your boss how you keep finishing up the things she's not doing. If that doesn't work, just tell him directly. Maybe he'll tell you you're making 2x the salary of her, and then it'd be ok, right?

If you want to tell your boss without sounding like a *****, you must tell her that this person is lowering the productivity of the entire office, tell her that what she does is making the job more difficult to do and the morale of the people in the office is getting down by looking the negative attitude of this person.

Don't say anything. Just do your job even better than you have and it will be noticed. Even when you think that it is not being noticed it is. Now if this a job you hate anyway and you know that you will not make this your career, find a new job now. Don't hate, just leave peacefully. You never know how it will come back and bite you in the a**

you had your danger to safeguard it and you dropped the ball...you're able to desire to stand those issues, head on. on the subsequent assembly, while this bozo makes yet another outrageous suggestion, get up and make your voice be heard. do not take a seat interior the back and look ahead to somebody else to assert some thing like a scared little rabbit. teach some capability and others will appreciate you for it. and bear in concepts, constantly be expert.

You need to find a different job.
This useless three-holer must be blowing the boss, that's why she's still there.
Things are not going to change in your lifetime, so your best defense is to start looking for a job with your company's competitors, because you need to be appreciated for your talents.
They'll miss you when you're gone!! Good luck!

Tell your boss EXACTLY how you feel about that coworker and report that she's being so f***in' lazy by explaining how lazy she is.
