I have to say with many people above that Sam Adams Light is the best tasting Light beer.
Unlike many Light beers that taste like mildly flavored water Sam Adams has a robust flavor, although milder than regular Sam Adams Boston Lager, you can taste the barley hops and malt explode on your taste buds. :)

Well, if you're ever in Australia, I'd recommend James Boags Lite or their full strength (even better). I'd also recommend Hoegaarden White (a cloudy wheat beer from Belgium) very tasty, though I'm not sure if it is a light beer, I suspect it is a heavy.
To be honest, I don't really drink lite beers :-p

Find a local brewpub at http://www.pubcrawler.com and buy growlers of their light beers. If not, find a good beer store and look for a helles or a blonde or American wheat.

Follow the advice of DanceHappyAtoms and SugarPumpkin.
Personally I distain light beers but if forced at gunpoint to drink one it would be Sam's, hands down.
