Big ol hinkin spinner baits in dark colors. They make a better shilloutte in the water and it's easier for the bass to home in on, the noise of the spinner brings them close and then when they see the outline of the lure whammo they hit. Fish structure and points and you'll have a blast.

Rainy and low light and stained water is the best time for bass fishing as they cannot focus on lures as well on clear bright days..I like to use spinner baits or crank baits that make noise...Happy Fishing

Try surface lures, like buzzbaits and jitter-bugs. Rain often times knocks insects onto the surface of the water so bass come up to the surface to feed on struggling insects.

Cataba worms (those huge black and yellow catterpillars that get on cataba trees and make webs in the spring). Bass and catfish bite those really good.
