before the meal eat 2 bits of garlic with vinegar and water (the ones that did try it pls tell me more)

never heard of it..but the best way to loose weight for me was to eat a huge breakfast then a light lunch then no dinner..exercise is good but eating more healthy is even more imporant..dont eat before bed cuz then everything u eat gets stored as fat

Nope but u could try to eat early and not a lot for dinner. And then after 4 hours eat an apple not orange because orange contains acid. And apples are neutral. Try it.

Why exactly would you think that worked?
If anything, depending on the amount of water you drank, it would just fill up your stomach.
Eat less, move more. That's the simple 4 word answer on how to lose weight.

I have never heard of this one. I recommend a balanced diet and regular exercise.

If you have problem ,then go to your dietician, he will make you diet chart and you will be happy.
