They're both made with white flour, which really has no nutritional value. White bread may be marginally "better", but only because commercial bakeries "enrich" it with vitamins.
Your best bet is whole wheat or whole grain bread, as it is made with flour that still has its naturally occuring vitamins and minerals in it, plus it has fiber, which is good for you.

Typicaly sourdough breads are made from a lean dough meaning that is flour, water, salt, starter and perchance somewhat oil. also, a good sourdough ought to have a particular sourdough flavor and a crunch crust. the interior has great bubble wallet from the fermentation procedure. White bread is often made from an enriched dough meaning milk, sugar, oil and eggs are frequently used to furnish a bread it really is delicate, fluffy and performance a small bubble structure. There are some sourdough breads that are made equivalent to white bread the position the call "sourdough" is more effective of a promotion gimmick and not in any respect truly sourdough.

No. It still has refined white flour and water and salt, and a little bit of sourdough starter. No different! Tastes good, though!
Get some whole wheat sourdough and you might be eating a real food.

I like them both, but I prefer sourdough for most things. Anything from toast to sandwiches just seem to taste better to me with sourdough. But if you're looking for healthiest...then try one of those multi-grain breads.

I personally can't stand sourdough bread - it makes everything taste bad.
As far as "healthy" it depends on the kind of flour it's made with.
