If you think so, how is God not responsible for all of the horrible things the Devil supposedly does given that he sees it and has all the power to stop it?

There is no such thing as the devil, man has the will in his own mind! He can become evil or he can be good. It comes from many things, one of which is genetic! As to your question, there are dirty cops just like politicians and Preachers! Yes.

The cop is guilty of at least dereliction of duty, and maybe even an accessorary after the fact. As for the second part, the important question, I honestly don't know, but I do know that He sees the whole picture, and He has a reason for everything. Sometimes we don't know why, but we must trust Him that we will know later on. Job's wife told him to curse God and die, but he said "though He will slay me, still I will trust Him" That's hard learning, but I don't see any other way. If we don't have Him, we don't have anything.

Yes the cop is responsible, he has a badge of honor and he should obey the law and always inforce it.
The God thing........ I guess you could say that everyone has to make mistakes to learn and there has to be some bad to make people do more good. Such as if you believe in the whole Noah's Arch story, then that would be reason enough.

i like ur question dude... but i think man is not god so he must do his duties towards mankind and for what he is appointed to do so and the thing about god, god will never led the devil to do its deeds for some time and then god will always take care of the devil operations. God gives chances to all for being good and realise their mistakes if it continuous it will lead to disaster ...Anyways it was a great question i loved it ... keep on doing such a lovely analysis ...

yeah, cops are always responsible for not responding.

On the other hand, civilians are liable if they grow backbones. This looks like it's changing though, after a slew of court cases.

Oh wait I have to edit this cause I didn't read the details under the question. You're either a religious fanatic or "just experimenting" with religion. How does it feel to be wasting my time with retarded questions?

No not responsible for what happened. Responsible for it happening? Yes if he stands back and does nothing.

As regards God, he gave us free will, so he can hardly take it back.

That is why we have a moral code and policemen to help make it work.

And that is the beauty of being a human. We can work hand in hand with God or go our own way, the choice is ours!

We are all responsible for each other...not just the police. To do or say nothing when we see so much suffering around us is like being a party to the crime.

God has His own Divine Justice...people who hurt other people just look like they land on their feet...but trust me, there is Divine retribution for such things. And remember, only the wounded hurt others. It had its origins somewhere. This is why we must be vigilant in our actions toward others.

YOu give too much responsibility to God. God granted Man FREE WILL. Man is free to take care of these things, Not God.

Since man chose to disobey, God left man to his own devices. Since Man is uppity enough to think he knows wrong from right, then it is up to man to do things right. God just watches and passes judgement with the Book of Life.
