Try taking her to the park or in the back yard before bedtime and play with her. She needs to run and play and get herself all worn out! After that give her a nice warm bath with the Johnson's Lavender bath and she should sleep better. My mom used to give us warm milk before bed to help. Make sure she eats a full dinner and that she get plenty of activity during the day! If she takes more then one nap cut her down to one nap during the day. Do not let her get over stimulated cause then she will not sleep all night. She will become over tired and won't sleep. If this does not help talk to her doctor and get some advice from them! Good Luck!

Sounds like a bad habit that you need to break. My friends daughter is still that way and she is almost 6! its because my friend let her baby sleep with her too much instead of in the crib. So to this day she cant sleep alone. Just keep puttin her in her bed and leave her there. She will eventually sleep. It will just take time. Good luck.

Don't let her sleep too much during the day, certainly not after 2m, also make sure you keep her very stimulated during the day so at night she is really tired, it may take a few days but will work in the end, just be gentle and patient with her, if she is upset she won't sleep either, make she she is happy and contented but tired out.

Dont let her sleep during the day, another idea wear a t-shirt for a few days, then place this on her mattress, when she lies down she will smell you from the t-shirt and hopefully give you a few hours peace. Another way is tp place some soft music in the room at her bed time.
Do not use medication.

i had exactly the same with my son who is now 3 and sleeps perfect......i to felt at the end of my tether and rdreamed of a good nights sleep so we were told to do what is called "controlled crying", u put baby to bed and once they start crying leave thm for 5 mins, go in to them after this time reassy=ure them by rubbing belly or bak say shhhhh do not make eye contact or talk then walk away.....next time leave them to cry for 10 mins and do the same then leave them for 15 mins and so on. let me warn you that this is extremely hard but they will drop off eventually and do it for a second and third night and you should have cracked it by then... good luck i know how hard it is

Keep her up alittle later at night doing activities that will use energy for her more then you like hide and seek cut down nap time during the day and dont rush to her the first sound she makes at night

Put her in her bed and make her stay there, you are the one getting up and tending to her. You have to get kids on a schedule and you are the one in control of the schedule. For a quick rest let your family or a friend take her for a night or a weekend.

Bless you I know these things are very hard. I put my son to bed awake and if he cries I go to the room and sit with him (but he is still in his bed) I sit with him without speaking for just a couple of minuets and repeat this till he goes to sleep on his own. It sounds mean but in the long run its better for you and him, and if your happy he'll be happy.
