My spiritual peace depends on Pluto being a planet. I have only been a shell of a person since Pluto was defrocked.
It IS a spiritual issue for me. :-P

Pluto is still a planet if, we the people, continue to call it one. Language is owned by the masses, not by some self appointed authorities in wigs and white robes. They should have invented their own damn word if they wanted a new definition!

Really as a dwarf planet Pluto is in a much more exclusive class - there are only three of those. It doesn't fit the definition of a planet - I don't know what the uproar is about - it's not like a demotion - just a change in classification to more accurately describe what it is. Really it doesn't matter what it is called - Pluto will still keep going on it's odd orbit in it's own misshapen way.

Sorry, but I have to agree with the decision that was made. If we leave Pluto a planet we have to give planetary status to hundreds of similair objects. They gave then a new classification, dwarf planets, which they are.
