Glad you feel better. Life can feel cruddy, but if you switch attitudes from seeing the glass is half empty to it being half full,it helps change your perspective. If all else fails, even as we speak people are sadly getting killed suddenly in road accidents who have had the option of how they feel taken away from them.
I've just been outside to feed the birds and watch them squabble in the trees.
Simple good fun.
Love life and keep smiling,

Hi, Louise,
I'm sorry I missed your question of yesterday; but, I'm so happy 49 people made you feel better. I wish I'd been one of them.
I don't think it's silly at all, that it helped. I believe we're all one soul in many bodies; and when we come together we become powerful. I believe God loves those who work in groups. So, the people who came together to make you feel better were just little droplets of God-power, coming together to become a powerful ocean wave of loving healing for you.
I was born in Detroit, and find myself, now in Jilin City, Jilin Province in Northeast China; but, I consider myself a World Citizen. Where are you from?
If/when you should become unhappy again, here is my contribution:
O God! Refresh and gladden my spirit. Purify my heart. Illumine my powers. I lay all my affairs in Thy hand. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. I will no longer be sorrowful and grieved; I will be a happy and joyful being. O God! I will no longer be full of anxiety, nor will I let trouble harass me. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life.
O God! Thou art more friend to me than I am to myself. I dedicate myself to Thee, O Lord.
--'Abdu'l-Baha (Son of the Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith, Baha'u'llah, the Glory of God)
Hope this helps.
