Would it be less for a crew cut??

meh, $300-400 would probably be enough. I've nearly shaved it before and it didn't look bad.
Crew cut, no problem. I'm cute no matter what! ;)

I would shave my head for $2000. But I only make it that high because I make a lot of money at my job, and it would have to be high for anything to be worthwhile. My point is, it's not such a big deal that I would need gobs of money. It wouldn't be less for a crew cut because I have shoulder length hair, and so both bald and crew would be a shocking change.

$60,000 if would need to be enough for me to afford taking off work for a year or so -- that would be enough of an incentive. Crew cut would probably cost more -- I think a completely shaved head would make you look less like a dyke than a crew cut. I'd have to wear hats as it grew back in.

It depends. I wouldn't mind shaving my head but I wouldn't do it for a dare or anything. I think that I'd do it for about $50,000 but make sure the money (well, half anyway) goes to charity. Hopefully they'd take my hair they shaved and donate it to make a wig for the children with cancer along with half of the money.

about $500,000. I Mil would be preferable but that might be asking too much. Only way I would do it for less or for free even is if there were someone I knew who needed my hair more than I did.
