The pain talked about here is not literal pain, because we need that to stop us hurting ourselves, but it does mean unecessary pain and suffering which has been the result of the situation that we are currently in, earlier in the same verse it say that he will wipe out every tear, again not literal tears because we need tear ducts, these are tears caused by pain and suffering.

One thing pain does is to keep us in touch with the creator. We may call on a doctor but there are times when only our faith in our creator can see you through. Pain does keep us in reality with our flesh. I. Corinthians 15:50-53 tells us that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God... Know that only our spirit goes to heaven, and that is why there is no more sickness, or pain.

I think it at least means suffering, I suppose even in sports people have some discomfort that is actually fun in a sports sense. If there is tackle football in heaven, dont be surprized if there is happy pain to go with!!! The tears form deep regret, injustice or ways in which we blew our opportunities... God will take His finger and wipe them away and they will be gone.
But when God wipes every tear away in Revelation, you can be sure the deep pain and bitterness and deep hurts of life will be gone. The regrets and deep scars will be healed because of Jesus scars.
I know one person who says he will hunt in heaven, except the animals will get back up and he can hunt them more.... I dunno about that... but... maybe they can play dead?

This is just silly. At least the CPT's questions pose things in a funny manner or actually present an issue.
If we are in heaven, and there's no pain, I would assume we wouldn't be able to hurt our 'bodies'

Yes, it does not mean the pain that we would experience if we get too close to a fire, or bent our arm in the wrong position.
It is talking about the pain of sickness and losing someone in death, and also mental anguish.
