Parents of the groom ares seated, then mother of the bride. The groom and best man are usually at the altar already. Sometimes all the groomsman are also up front, after the mother of the bride is seated. If that's what is done they just go up a side aisle, not part of the procession.
If you want, the bridesmaids and groomsman can go down the aisle in pairs. Or, the bridesmaids can go alone. The flower girl and ring bearer come next, and usually sit with their parents. Then the maid or matron of honor walks down alone. The bride follows her.

The Parents of the groom first, then the wedding party, usually the best man and maid of honor last then the bride and her father (or whoever is giving her away). The groom is waiting at the alter from the start. Hope this helps
