Depends on if I'm driving or not.

Now, I only drink a glass or two of wine with dinner, maybe once or twice a week. But in the past, I've had anywhere from 2-5 martinis, at least 4 nights per week. I stopped because I discovered how much better I feel when I don't drink so much. It's not just the "getting drunk" feeling that I no longer care for. But I have more energy now. I need less sleep, yet feel more refreshed. And I get less night-time munchies, so I'm actually losing a few pounds! :)

As for how much is too much...I think it's different for everyone. The question to ask yourself, is if your level of alcohol consumption is hindering your life in any way. If you can do everything you want to do, and your level of energy is healthy, then you're probably fine.
