A bit of a generic answer for you.

Get an RF modulator fitted in line with your antenna coax, and feed the audio in as a Radio station. You can fit it nicely out of the way and just have the headphones lead showing, or fit your own socket into your interior trim for a more professional look.

Or go for the second wireless option. The beauty of this is anyone near you will be forced to listen to your ipod, as if they are tuned in to a similar frequency to the preset you choose it will bleed all over them.
