Yes, I knew that. It seems that when you change heavy for lights, you will smoke more cigarrets and also will keep the smoke inside your lungs for a little bit more time. In the end, the effects will be basicaly the same.

I have always heard that when one smokes lights, they tend to take deeper drags and thus the harm is the same.

I believe that cancer will be found to be an auto-immune disease. In other words, everyone has cancerous cells in their body, it is that just some bodies cannot effectively defend against them spreading and the cancer takes off. Some people need the help of cigarettes or other pollution and toxins to weaken their body to the point of where they cannot fight off the cancer cells spreading.

Yes- and I also learned on the news last night that the tobacco companies have increased the amount of nicotine in many of their cigarettes, wether they be light, full flavor, or menthol, by as much as 10-20% in the last 10 years.

It makes no difference if they are light, ultra light, regular, menthol- they are all harmful.

I am aware of it. Do you know why? Because the tobacco industry want to get more people addicted to smoking. They try to make people think that they are getting less nicotine in the so call "light" smokes.
