Faith blinds you, and wisdom opens your eyes
The fool who thinks he is wise is just a fool. The fool who knows he is a fool is wise indeed.

Faith and wisdom are essentially unrelated.
Faith is believe in things for which there is no evidence. Many people SAY they have faith, but then demonstrate that they do not, by insisting that there is evidence for what it is they believe in. The two are contradictory.
Wisdom runs much deeper than that. It involves learning from experience, but at the same time realizing the limitations of learning from experience. It involves the recognition that one might be wrong about one's beliefs, and perhaps most importantly, the willingness to change one's beliefs in light of new evidence. It involves listening to others, and not putting words in their mouths. It involves critically examining what you're told, rather than just accepting it, but at the same time recognizing that you simply don't have time to examine everything.
True wisdom comes from paying careful attention to the world.

Faith is believing a a greater power that exist. A power that created us, faith is beliving that things will be ok when everythings points in the opposite direction. Faith is to believe more than anything in what ever it is you choose to believe. Wisdom is aquired through knowledge and experince. Having wisdom is like having a six sense.

I will answer based on the presumption that since you are asking this question in the context of the Religion and Spirituality section, you are anticipating answers that refer to faith and wisdom in the religious sense, and not in a broader, more trivial sense.
'Faith' is essentially a form of self-deception... the magical, wishful thinking that functions as a substitute for actual knowledge and actual evidence, and provides a specious basis for sustaining the illusion that one knows the 'truth' pertaining to fundamental aspects of existence and reality... i.e., 'belief'.
faith + belief = self-delusion
'Wisdom' is knowing that.

Faith is what you believe about something and act upon. Faith is merely an acting belief. If you really believe something, your actions will reflect BELIEF. If you do not believe something, you actions or lack of action, will reflect your disbelief.
Wisdom is a tool you use to know when/how you act, when you do not, when you speak, when you do not. Wisdom is something you use to navigate the road of life to make things better for you, better for others. This is assuming your wisdom is from God and not from the world. Worldly wisdom will reflect the world's ideas, and Godly wisdom will reflect God's ideas. To use wisdom from God, is to use HIS tools for YOUR journey.

Cecili Y,
The Bible says that both are given by God. Jesus is the Author and Finisher of Faith. And Wisdom is written of as if she were a woman, that was created:
Proverbs 4:6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
10 Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
Wisdom is knowing which way to proceed. Faith is trusting God to get you to where you are going.
