That is soooo cute. I just had to say that.

I would contact the counselor privately. Leave your daughter out of it unless something *real* starts developing between you adults. Children have no place being involved with their parents' dating life. Please -- don't bring your daughter on "dates" or talk to her before a committed relationship develops! She loves you and likes the counselor. Don't taint her memories of the counselor or set her hopes for something that might not turn into anything.

don't do that....do you realize what your daughter would go through if her friends found out you were dating the councelor. they will all mock/tease her. she'll constantly get accused of getting special treatment from him.....think about what's best for her not for you.
