tuna is good for you but you should only eat it 2 or 3 times a week as it contains magnesium and too much is bad for you.

The eating of any type of fish is good for you & has a high protien content. Vary your intake, add wholegrain breads, or nutty type loaves. Try using mayo as a sandwich spread and not as a binding agent to the Tuna or any other type of fish. Use also alittle raw onion with the letuce & tomatoe and a good cuppa tea. Notice the difference & enjoy.

The bad part of that is the mayo, the regular coke and all the sodium. However, if your otherwise healthy and not overweight, it doesn't sound like the worst diet I've ever heard. Of course, you should eat your tuna sandwiches as part of a more balanced diet.

Too much tuna is not a healthy thing. Tuna has levels of mercury in it that if eaten ALL the time may have a negative affect. Just google it and read about it.

You can have a change in your diet... 6 tins of tuna a week is a bit too much.
Maybe you can have a change of flavour for your sandwich... it will be much more healthier than having the same flavour of sandwich everyday

Tuna USED to be good for you but now it contains too much mercury and other unwanted elements. The health word now is not to eat tuna or salmon more than once a month.

Are you ill?
Are you dead?
If the answer to either of these questions is yes then you might like to reconsider your diet.
If you avoided everything that the media and so called experts said were unhealthy you'd never eat!
As long as you are feelin healthy and at least get some other vitamins in there then you should be fine.

To much tuna could be bad for you because of the mecury in the fish. I think I heard that you should not eat it more than twice a week.

tuna salad without all the dressing would be better. you could change to med sliced bread, salad dressing and bottle water or fruit juice
A better way of knowing if this is good or not would be by your weight and general fitness and judging the rest of your diet.

To be honest, all fish is near enough contaminated with mercury and bread and any form of grain is not meant to be eaten in its cooked form. Wheat grain for example, try and it raw! You will loose your teeth, but not if it is sprouted. Nutrition is easy. If you have to cook it then it was not meant to be eaten. Type in raw food on a search engine, and u will find more about what we r suppose to eat
