I don't know where you live but in Florida when there is a child support order that hasn't been paid, the offenders drivers license is suspended.
Even if it looks on paper like they don't have a job, their license is taken and they are then arrested if they are caught driving.
My neighbor married a man who was behind in his payments. There is an order that his wages be garnished for the max when he gets a job. He got a job with a friend of mine but he was so far behind that they suspend his license anyway and he got fired because the job required driving.
Find out the laws in the state your ex resides in. They may be able to help you more than the state you are living in.
Good Luck.

In Canada there is a family maintenance program (child support) and all payments are made through these people. If the payments aren't logged through them they can stop the payee from getting a drivers licence, getting car insurance, or getting a passport till all payments are up to date. Look into what happens where you live. You may be able to nail him that way. Whether he works under the table or not...the court assigns an amount that should be declared on a tax return, and assigns a payment that is too be made

The amount may have changed by now, but at one point, once the amount owed reached ten thousand dollars, it becomes a felony, a federal offence, and if you can get a lawyer, they have to pay up or go to PRISON. You can also make sure the court charges the deadbeat for your lawyer's fees, because after all, if he was up to date on payments, you wouldn't need a lawyer. Also, if you don't want to go through a lawyer, go through the attourney generals office. Maybe try to do it right before a voting year? I am curious to know why you send this loser pictures of your baby? I'm sure you care more about their relationship than he does. Test it, quit sending pics and don't communicate. See how long it takes him to try to see your child.

How do send him pictures without an address? Anyways your Child Support Enforcement agency is being flat out LAZY. If they can't catch up with them then they should have a judge issue a warrant for this arrest, haul him into court, and order him to get a job.
Depending how much he owes and how long it's been since he paid it could be a Felony.

toddler help is precisely what it says. it is money paid to help the toddler meaning seeing a roof is over their head, outfits on their back, nutrition of their abdomen etc. it is for the parent to choose how that money could maximum suitable be used. Any arrears could pass to the parent that had to attain of their pocket and make up for the deficit while charge grew to become into not being recieved. The absent mum and dad is only paying of a debt it is owed to the parent who had the toddler of their care. this is my opinion.
