Well...it's poor spanish. Téngame means "Have me" in the imperative, which I can't imagine is what you wanted to say. "No cuido" technically means "I don't care", but what you were really looking for is "No me importa" or something of that sort. I'm assuming you plugged the following into a translator:
I have disclosed/divulged/exposed the dirty illegal. I don't care. Once again I will be behind to represent the millions of americans that want him out of our country.

Yeah.. it is poor Spanish. I can only guess the situation. Spanish is my mother tongue, but.. with these lines it is not understandable what he means. I think it says:
"Keep me informed, ou dirty illegal. I don't care. I'll be behind again (maybe he means "supporting") all millions of Americans that want you out of our country".
It could mean a slightly different thing if the context is different. It sounds this person is saying that in a pretty rude way.

Look's spanish and means f.. all to me but having a good guess with all the simple minds here it is properly an insult about americans.
