I shudder to see the answers here. Makes my blood boil.
Some people have no idea of problems an over weight person may have. They seem get their kicks out of laughing or making fun of someone obese.
My wife(WHO died 4 years ago) became very much over weight and was do to a very serious medical problem. weight was n ot from over eating at all. enough of that... However people need to clean their own closets of how they live before making fun of others.
Hang in there and realize there are just a lot of jerks in this world.

Stand up for yourself. Tell them if making fun of you makes them feel better about them selves they are shallow and insecure about themselves. I too had the same problem of people making fun of me when I was younger and I would tell them what I just told you to say and the teasing stopped but you will aways get stared at because some people have a hard time accepting someone who is overweight. Don't be afraid to be yourself, don't let someone make you feel bad about who you are.

If they get insulting, reply " I may be fat, but you're ugly and I can lose weight"
Other than that, really truly try to lose weight. Not for those ignorant strangers, but for yourself. Your health is at risk.
There are plenty of websites that offer diet and exercise advice. But the simplest: Eat less and move more.
And start using your spell check. Your spelling makes you look like you are lazy and you probably aren't.

People are often mean to anyone who is different.And there isn't much you can do.When my daughter was in Jr high some of the boys called her a cow,and she turned around ,looked at them and said Mooo MOOO!!!! Then she had me make her a shirt with COW SPOTS ON IT......and they stopped calling her names.You could wear a T shirt with something like FAT PEOPLE ARE HARDER TO KIDNAP on it.Or when they make rude comments make eye contact and say I feel sorry for someone like YOU or even more shamming I WILL PRAY FOR YOU.

i think u should ask them what the hell are they looking at. u shouldn't take anything from anybody especially if u don't even know them. Be strong no matter what u look like or who u are ur self esteem level should be high whatever the case might be. i know saying it is way easlier than doing it or really realizing it but if u want a change then there are plenty of way for example the gym eating healthy weight protein shakes or just consult your doctor for more information.

first off learn proper grammar, nothing is a bigger turn off then some guy who hits on you while sounding like an idiot. second you shouldent be worried about your weight because of other people, you should do it for you , it is not healthy and because of it you will probably die early. try getting DDR and playing it 3 times a day, it worked for me www.ddrgame.com and its fun.

u could try one of these.
1) exercise
2) go on a diet
3) big women dont look bad when they dress decent (find something that suits u and hides the buldge but is still feminine.
OR
4) tell them to f#%k off

Go on a liquid diet :)
It's what I did and I lost 120 lbs in 3 weeks.
Liquid diet is don't eat and drink beer all day :)
