I feel the best thing to do is meeting the teacher/s u liked most and greet them on the occasion and express yourself how u enjoyed he/her classes.It is a good idea to take a gift / card to cherish the occasion.

I was a teacher for a couple years and the coolest gift I ever received was a brass container in the shape of an apple. Engraved on it was the message, "Yur da bestest teecha eva."
It sits on my desk at work.

u cud give her a card n preferably a hand- made one teachers usually like it when u put ur own efforts into it and myabe a small gift along with it. nuthin 22 expensive or anything, jus to make her feel u actually care
