I'm not at work this afternoon, should I put on a fitness dvd, go for a run, or cuddle up with a book?

I feel I should do some exercise even though i'm not a huge fan, but i really can't be bothered, and would rather be lazy and slob out. but i haven't done much lately!

grrr, help!

Go for a walk if you are physically able to do so. Especially if you want to lose weight. Then read a book or watch some TV or listen to some quiet music. Music is soothing. Since I can't walk without a cane I listen to classical music all the time. I hate the soap operas that are on TV in the afternoons. But have fun at what ever you do.

Cuddle up with your book for exercise you could put your chocolate in another room and each time you want a piece of it you have to get up from the sofa and go through to the kitchen that way you've done both relaxing and exercise!

If you work every day but for whatever reason have this afternoon free - cuddle up with a book! Your mind needs some free time too!

run to the shop and back, pick up bottle of wine/sixpack or whatever run home, thats the excersise bit sorted then cuddle up with the book and beverage of choice - it takes me 20 minutes to walk to my local tescos and back I walk past other shops to get to it that i could buy from but are a shorter walk so i would get less exercise so i walk the extra bit the fact tescos is cheaper helps motivate me though :P

Go for a walk for about an hour, then come home, make yourself a healthy snack and get comfortable on the couch and read a book!

Throw away the book, cuddle up with me instead and you'll soon get plenty of hard exercise!

I think you should go for a walk in the fresh air.

It is gentle excercise and I'll bet you will feel better for it! And then read your book when you get back and need warming up!
