Homemade. It's less expensive, healthier and a labor of love.

Homemade is best especially Mum's cooking! I prefer to cook at home (even though I'm no Delia Smith) as I know what's going in the meal and I feel fuller after a home cooked meal than a chinese or other take away. Ready made meals are small and full or additives and chemicals which are bad for you.
Happy Cooking!

I enjoy making homemade meals for my family. Family dinners are a tradition in our home, so I try my best to make sure that happens as often as possible. When we all sit down together for that 20 or 30 minutes - it's the best quality time there is!
Something wonderful about eating the same meals your grandmothers and on ate when they were around! Brings a very real sense of who you are to the table.

I love to make homemade meals for my family. I know what is going into my food and it saves a lot of money in the long run. I love to try new things and be creative in the kitchen. It's nice to go out every now and then for special occasions. But nothing beats home cooking.

me and my husband work full time yet i make all possible effort to cook home made meals every single day. if i am late, he cooks. the family only gets the best freshed cooked food !
i believe in it so even if i am tired it doesnt matter, its become part of my routine
people who go for fast food / ready made meals cant say for sure they know what they are putting in their tummies?
agreed you can have a spare 1-2 hour if you dont cook then you only watch TV !? whats the point ?

I enjoy cooking homemade meals for my family, they appreciate homemade cooking and so it seems do their friends as I always seem to have to make up an extra plate most days.

I don't prefer homemade meals for my family because that means I'm always cooking and it's time consuming, but because I know at least what they are eating when I cook, that helps me feel better even if I'm not appreciated for what I do. Besides, it's cheaper to make homemade.
