Whenever he thinks I´m not looking, he will stare at me,and look away quickly.He´s always tickling me,since he knows I´m very ticklish.He´ll always be playing with my hair,rubbing my neck,or he will just lay his head down on my lap.Yesterday, when we were about to cross a very busy intersection/street,he held my hand while we crossed,but after we got to the sidewalk,he didn´t let go.I live in the US,and he lives in Brasil(communication isn´t a problem, I speak fluent Portuguese),and I come to Brasil every summer to visit family. I know a long distance relationship would probably not work(he´s 24, I´m 19, we´re both in college),but when I am in the US, he´s always telling me online to hurry up and finish college(I told him when I finished, I wanted to live in Brasil, because I like it better than the US),so I can move here and we can get married.I know he´s joking about that part,but I don´t know if Brazilians express their feelings differnt than Amreicans. So, does he or doesnt he?

he shows all the signs and body language of liking you. e.g the tickling, its a way of him getting close to you and he obviously feels secure around you. this guy really likes you and definately wants to be with you. dont worry about the distance. if you believe it can work between you (looks like it will) then go for it. dont let anything stop you. you have a whole future ahead of you and you only live once. go ahead and ask him out. and him askin to marry you will have sounded like he was joking but deep down he will have meant it. hope all goes well :-)

Not very familiar with Brazilian culture but could this bahavior be normal? Are men a little girl crazy down there? If not sounds like he does like you. That's very sweet and I wish more guys where like that. God I don't even remember the last time my hubby held my hand when we crossed a street. Luck you! Keep this one. But talk to him about it... if you like him then communicate it's the only thing you can do is be honest with him!

My cousin married a guy from Brazil and they are very affectionate people. It sounds to me like he does like you. Otherwise he would've told ya (they are also very opinionated people). I'm not trying to discriminate about Brazilians but of all the ones I've had the pleasure of meeting, that's the conclusion I've come up with. Congrats!! He likes ya!!

you seem seem to like him very much well is not true that long distance is a bad relationships but if you really like him then just call him and tell him that if he really loves you and if he does tell him that come to us and that that you to be together still you finish the college then you and him can go to Brazil and marrie and live happy well that's all i got good luck.

all people are different.. americans are not necessarily the same.. but i really think he like you though.. and a long distance can olwes work if u put effort on it.. honest.. im into one right now.. and were still happy even if were not really that near to each other.. imagine? im in germany and hes in the philippines.. but we still are happy because we do a lot of effort in our communication.. in a long distance relationship, thats the key, communication.. good luck!

Oh sweetheart, only you can judge and answer that question.
He sounds very attentive and caing and thoughtful from what you have said, but who knows what he is like when you are not there. There are pro's and con's. Life is about taking those chances and seeing for yourself. He sounds a bit to tactile for my liking, but, as you say, this maybe because of his upbringing. Go with the flow....and see where it goes.............Good luck

It's pretty likely he does like you, but why don't you be upfront and ask him! And while you're at it, tell him you like him too!
I can promise you he'll like you even more if he knows your not afraid of being honest about what you feel!
Don't waste your time worrying about the consiquences of being honest because your life can pass you by far to quickly, and having regrets really ain't great!

well it sure sounds like you got an admirer to me anyway!! Next time you guys are chilling together why not ask him straight out - if you're a bit shy, phrase it along the lines of - so are you like this with all your female friends, or is it just me? The balls in his court then - if he wants to pursue it he will.

i think we both know the answer OF COURSE HE DOES. i actually think his head over hills with you and you with him GO GET YOUR MAN before some skanky girl tries and get him first!! But i think you should finish college first get yourself sorted before you get together so that you can be 101% sure its what you want, love takes work and time but for now ENJOY IT it could be the real thing but i think you already knew that

Well I don't know any Brazilians but I would tend to think in any culture those things you describe mean that hell yeah, the guy likes you!
