When I just broke with someone cuz I'm use to having that person around and suddenly they are no longer there. At least in a course of a few weeks, I can "adjust" to being alone.

When you break up with someone, you miss having him around, and especially if you fantasised about himand thought he was the one, then you become more lonely.

when i just broke up with someone, when you dont have anyone for a while then you kinda get used to it
