I'm not a Muslim, but I found the question interesting. Apparently, it is haraam unless you fear for your health.

Dang I knew I shouldn't have dropped out of that different language class! Well I do know something when your married whatever you and your spouse do in the bedroom is between you two...I'm sure wearing a condom to make sure you prevent yourself from producing offspring when your not financially ready is probably not a sin of some sort.

Using condom in wedlock is and will never be a sin(Haram) if it is for Family Plannning purposes or fear of an infection that will affect either of the spouse.

If you are a muslim then disapprove me with verses from the Quran,Quotes from the Sunnah, Hadith or any Islamic literature.

Islamic religious scholars meeting in Pakistan have called for renewed efforts to tackle population growth.
A joint declaration issued after talks in Islamabad stopped short of a clear statement in support of birth control.

But the scholars urged fresh efforts to push population planning and better reproductive health services.

They also agreed to back contraception for married couples, Pakistan's population minister said, but this was not mentioned in the declaration.

condoms were not even invented when most religions made their rules, or laws....

back then the world was much less populated and each religion felt it necessary to increase their numbers so most encouraged larger families..

HOWEVER now it is clear that the world is GROSSLY OVERPOPULATED at 6.5 BILLION and growing - we need to reduce numbers
therefore using a condom is the most intelligent thing anyone could do because God, Allah.... will be disgusted with us for destroying the planet with our numbers

That depends upon your religious beliefs and how much of a fundamentalist you are in the practice of it. If you feel it is forbidden, it is.
