one hour and dint give any imformation about the hour when u first work for a whole week and pay u a personal check what should i do to them they have alot of problems with the school it just open for all boys prescholl to the 1st grade what could i do to make them pay

Well I would hope that you signed a contract before you started with your original pay rate stated in the contract. If so, then they are required by law to pay you at that rate.... if not, then you really don't have a leg to stand on.
Either way, I would be looking for a new job quick smart.... It doesn't sound like a very professional school, and to me it seems that if they will do that, what will their code of ethics be towards those children .... it is also your reputation that will be at stake in connection with that school if it does turn out to be a bad school in other areas that will impact the students too.

If you signed a contract with this school and it states $20 an hour they are bound to that contract and that is a breech of contract and is illegal. If you did not sign a contract I would go to the board of this school and call a meeting because chances are you are not the only person they have done this to. If nothing is done after that I would post a letter in the paper about this program or school and what they have done we have an opinion section in our local paper where we can write about anything we want. Complain to the supervisor above the person who changed it.
If it does not work, talk to a lawyer.
If nothing else works, quit.
