If you have windows XP then you will want to click the link on the left side of the control panel window that says ---->Switch to Classic View. Then goto: Start menu-->Control Panel-->Folder Options-->View--->and check the button that says Show Hidden files. Then click --Apply-- you should be all set.

really sorry your computert is infected to virus this virus omids folder option in control panel there is no way exept reinstalling windows
