bragged about how rich he is and how many women he has sex with everyday. While we are working hard during the weekends, he calls us from his cell phone on his million dollar Yacht just LIVING IT UP. Would you be pissed or would you just ignore it.

He is very lonely, that's why he feels like showing him self next to the ''lots'' ( lots of money, lots of women, lots of orgasms, lots of everything), because he need to hide his loneliness. You must feel sorry for him and mind your business. He is harmless.

I would answer his phone calls...when he starts bragging I would start the same. About how my cat is...my kid(s) are doing good in school, my dog just had her first litter, I got brand new tires on that old run down car I drive...etc,etc.
Money doesn't make a person...a person makes a person. I am a true believer that respect is earned, not simply given.

Ignore it, what else you can do.
Unless you have a principal thing and just blow it back at him, tell him to leave you guys alone and hang up the phone.
But you may want to have some backup plan if you're gonna do that.

Don't let jealousy get the better of you....whether the guy earned it or was born into it it seems he's enjoying his life....so what? get over it! The guy was nice enough to hire you so that you can make a living too....he doesn't owe you for working hard even on the weekends....he pays you for it!!

HELLO! He IS the owner of the company. Just be glad that you have a job. This is a free enterprise system. He does have the right to be rich and the right to be proud of his accomplishments and possessions! He DOES sign your paycheck, doesn't he?

I'd ignore it if I wanted to keep my job. I wouldn't be pissed because there is nothing I could do about it unless I quit my job and find another.

Is he paying you when he's making these calls? If so, what do you care? I'd keep him on the phone longer so he can spend more of that money telling me how great he is so I can get paid for NOTHING.
