Prayer with healthy foods, and plenty of water....don't forget your vitamin!!!

I've had schizophrenia since I was 16 years old. I am now 35. I have eaten many things in my life, and nothing has helped except the meds and therapy. Try to stay away from alchohol, even if it just some wine with your dinner as it doesn't mix well with alot of psych meds.

An experiment done in 2002 showed that omega-3 fatty acids (found mostly in seafood) have strong antidepressant properties.

Medication !!!! Take your medication. Food won't make any difference. Eat healthy anyway though because it's a good thing to do.

I very seriously doubt that diet can do anything to improve your condition.
