while your OS is booting up ..press f8 repeatedly until the option to choose safe mode goes up

while booting up your PC keep tapping F8 ntil the safe mode screen apperas

f8 yes but what do you want safemode todo for you?
it wont make your computer safer! HA! wil let you get in when you have problems on the computer
