It's just the name that has changed. There has been no actual physical change in the universe. So just keep on treating Pluto as a planet in astrology, it's all a myth anyway.

Pluto is still classified as the ninth planet in te solar system despite no fulfilling planet criteria, it was though to confusing to chnage it now, its just that other things the same as pluto are no longer classified as planets

It wasn't actually re-classified due to the confusion it would cause. They were "considering" it for a while though.

Should it be re-classified, I don't think that much will change with the balance of the stars since the planets are the same regardless of what our perceptions of them may be.

If reality changed at the whim of perception, we would be living in an MC Escher drawing.

I guess they will have to start relying on rational thought instead of believing in the superstitious notion that the motion of planets in some kind of mysterious way dictate what happens in your life.
By the way the ancient astronomers that formulated this pseudo-science were unaware of Pluto. It wasn't discovered until February 18, 1930, nor is it the only one.

It was a pretty minor planet to begin with. But why care? Astrologists have used Asteroids and Centaurs in their calculations...
