Here's something I saw in Shape. Hope it helps. Stop Weekend Binges

If your slim-down habits take a holiday on Friday at 5 p.m., here's how to regain control.

By Amanda Pressner

The Big-Breakfast Theory
Research shows that some a.m. foods help you stay satisfied longer than others. Here are three options to keep your appetite in check.

Eggs, toast and reduced-calorie jam Women who start their day with this combo consume 400 fewer calories over the next 24 hours than those who dine on a bagel and cream cheese, according to research from Saint Louis University.

Whole-wheat waffles Pop two multigrain frozen waffles into your toaster and you'll have a quick, fiber-rich (6 grams) breakfast for just 190 calories.
Yogurt smoothie One study found sipping this calcium-rich drink keeps stomach rumbling at bay longer than fruit juice does.

Crammed with family functions, cocktail hours and barbecues, weekends can be healthy-eating minefields. Avoid the most common pitfalls with these tips from Jennifer Nelson, R.D., of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.

The problem Grazing all weekend long.
Why it happens Without a structured schedule, you grab whatever food is within easy reach.
Rescue remedy Take 15 minutes midday Friday to review your weekend plans; identify any potential trouble spots (e.g., you're attending a beach barbecue on Sunday) so you can schedule your meal and snack times around them. By imposing some guidelines, you cut the chances that you'll nibble mindlessly.

The problem After a tough week you are so ready to melt into the couch -- with a big bowl of triple-fudge ice cream.
Why it happens You're craving comfort, not food.
Rescue remedy Brainstorm non-food ways to soothe yourself, like meeting a friend for a walk in the park or getting a pedicure while you catch up on summer reading. If you still need the sugar, you can usually get your fix without putting too big a dent in your diet; two Snickers Miniatures provide total indulgence but set you back just 85 calories. The problem All three of your social events revolve around food. Why it happens With so many tempting items within reach, it seems impossible to avoid blowing your diet. Rescue remedy You don't have to choose between parties (or turn down every single bite). Before you leave the house, have a small, protein-rich snack (to prevent that "I'm starving" feeling). At the party, look at everything that's being offered first, then zero in on a few items that look too good to pass up and just have those.

Yep. Firstly you need to do cardio. Ie. running, rowing, swimming whatever. This burns bodyfat simple as. Go running first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything (except maybe a cup of straight black sugarfree coffee). This way your body will burn fat rather than carbs. Do about 15 minutes to start with if you are not used to it and work your way up to running a mile or so per session. Also up the number of meals you eat. Split your 3 square meals into 6 smaller meals. The idea here is that this will keep your metabolism chugging along at a good rate throughout the day thus aiding fat loss. This is especially useful if you were genetically born with a slow metabolism. Make all your 6 meals proper meals (I.e no shakes, no bars, no candy, no potato chips, etc) with lean meats, fish, fruit, veg and whatever else within reason. Also learn to time what you eat for the time of day. Dont eat things like pasta, rice, bread and things like this at night. Eat them in the morning and in the afternoon. The reason for this is that foods like these are high in carbs (especially the white varieties) and if you eat these foods nearer your relaxation/sleep phase (I.e before bedtime) you will store the carbs from these foods as fat rather than using them for energy throughout the day. A more obvious thing is to cut down on the fats and calories. Fats are more obvious. Make sure that all meats you consume are of the lean variety so stay away from pork and lamb. Instead opt for chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna and to some extent leaner cuts of beef. This will also up your protein intake which will aid fat loss. Calories are less obvious. You need calories to help growth but dont go over the RDA healthy quota (2500 for men 200 for woman). Read the labels on foods to help keep tabs on your intake. Excess calories that are not burned turn to fat, burned calories turn to muscle. Drink lots of water during the day to support your body and digestion. If you drink cold water you actually burn a small amount of calories heating it to body temperature! Also take supplements to support your system. Multi vit/min tablets are ideal for this. They contain everything your body needs and sometimes a bit more for luck. There are also supplements available specifically for fat loss too. Try Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) or some of the safe herbal fat loss supplements. Good luck.

You are asking the weight losing receipe:). Well, okie, in the morning, add Honey and lemon to luke warm water and consume it. Then morning excercise includes walking for half Kms until you body is warm and then Brisk (SPEED) running (NOT JOGGING) until you can. When tired, again start walking. Daily 3 kms starting from 1 kms from day one increasing the distance every 5 days.
And store in your mind that "The food i liked the most, now i hate". Have a balanced diet. You should lose lot of weight in just 28 days.

Start with exercising your brain a little bit more. What exactly is "weight lossing" even supposed to mean? Not being able to stretch your finger to the shift key also points to an inherent laziness factor. Spell check is built in, but you have to do the capitalizing yourself (sometimes).

Hi,
Here is a helpful hint. It has worked for me for many years. It is not really a diet, it is a way of eating and little exercise. Diets as per se really do not work in the long run. Any changes require adjustment periods.
See the source below !Hope it helps.

Uhm. Try to stay away from fatty foods. Try to get some protein, and lots of vegetables. Also try to do some sort of cardio everyday, a 20 minute walk everyday goes a long way.

Have a good breakfast every morning like oats, anything you like that will fill you till lunch so you dnt snack. drink plenty of water, my choice Evian. also good for your skin. Try a lite lunch, or just have one large meal for dinner. anything you like but not too much fast food,, that tends to drain you i find anyway. Walking is the best for getting rid of those pounds. not a stroll a good fast long power walk.
