I'll assume that you want to add muscle and not fat...
Increase the amount of calories you take in on a daily basis. Protein helps build muscle. Ideally you should be eating 6 small portions a day. You can add in whey or soy protein shakes for meal replacements and consume more energy-dense foods, especially those higher in vegetable fats. Italian cheeses, nuts, and granola are good kcalorie sources with low saturated fat content (read the label to make sure the product is high in mostly unsaturated fat). Dried fruit and bananas provide other high kcalorie fruit choices. If eaten at the end of a meal, they don't cause early satiety. Try replacing foods such as diet sodas with good energy sources, such as fruit juice. Increase the amount of time you spend in the weight training room, just remember to fuel your body. Dairy products!!
Have lots of milk, cheese, curd, butter, ghee! Especially ice-creams !! And have lots of sweets and chocolate. Have a glass of beer and sleep!!
