OOOOOOK nobody is right!
Alright a ticketing officer aka a ticket agent (i am one) is the person that checks you in at the airport, gets your luggage, manages the gate, checks files and reports, give important info to cabin crew and less info to the passenger.
A reservation officer, is the person that works (not always at the airport they usually have an off site location) they are the ones you call when you make your reservation for tickets and answer questions

They help you get around, they help you pay for your ticket, they help you to obtain your travel voucher. They do a lot, whatever you ask them, they will help you with. They don't get paid enough, although I would like for one of them to give me a free ticket from the ones they got.

They actually don't do anything.
Those officers get paid for looking silly in those uniforms.
