yeah situps, but keep your legs straight, not bent like people have been doing... keeping them straight uses only the muscles in your belly if you're legs are bent you will feel the leg muscles working... couple it with sitting on a chair (to keep waist still) and with hands on head (to keep back straight) twist from side to side... know what i mean? so look over one shoulder by moving from waist up to the other shoulder and back again... this uses the muscles in your side and pulls your waist in...

I think woman worry to much about things like that. Not every one can have a flat stomach. People come in all shapes and sizes. You can get a flat tummy by doing sit ups every night. Sit ups concentrates on you abs!

You will have to do exercise to firm up your tummy muscles. Sit ups, walking a mile or more a day wil do the job if you are determined to stay with the program.Try bending ove rand touch your toes 20 times every morning and every evening. this should do the trick. Ifyou are too skinny you might have to eat better.

You can do some ab exercises. At first it might decrease the size a little but after some time, you'll begin to gain some muscle size, and eventually a six pack. Also, if you do exercises make sure that you are doing muscle strengthening, not fat burning exercises (fast pace ones usually mean fat burning).

just work the abdominal muscles...you will just lose in your stomach area....you can even tighten your stomach up and then let it go when you are just sitting around and this tightens it up to...try stomach crunches and exercises just for the abs....
