Someone that ends every sentence with lad, la, know what i mean kidda.........etc etc and doesn't live in Liverpool i.e lives in Birkenhead, Chester etc (the wrong side of the Mersey!!!) often found wearing nike 110's (the false ones) and fake prada shellsuits covered in pot bombs

If you were born within the Liverpool area (check your postcode) you're a scouser.... If not, you're not! Anyone claiming to be a scouser who isnt from a L'pool postal area is a 'Plazzy' scouser.

People who calim to come from Liverpool but actually come from surrounding areas like north Wales St. Helens Runcorn etc.

its the people from the wirral,st helens,warrington, southport,formby.
also people who ham up their accent just because of the people they're with, or because they're in the town centre.... also i find it as i'm from liverpool and working in essex, alot of people put on a proper dodgy 'i'm a brookside actor' voice.
I'm from Crosby, Liverpool and ultimately a liverpudlian, its people not from liverpool that put everyone under the same umbrella as being scouse.
We're still the best tho!!
