You should teach your brain to wake up at the exact time. Before you go to bed set yourself in the mood for waking up on time. It works for me. I always wake up 1 minute before the ring of the alarm. And don't go to bed to late. If you're tired nothing can get you out of bed.

maybe you are sleeping to soundly and maybe your alarm clock is not loud enough...perhaps you should try to get to bed a little earlier or you should get a alarm clock that could wake a almost dead person up.....i find sometimes that i just sleep through them and this is hard because my alarm clock is annoying to say the least...but i know that i did not get to bed early enough the night before too.....so you might think about this...

Some people sleep deeper than others! I have 5 alarms set for five different times ( five minutes apart) and I still don't hear it! It's nothing to worry about!

You migh not be getting enough sleep at night, not giving time for the body to recuperate it self so it just ignores the alrm telling you to get up. Or you're just a very havy sleeper.
