I don't think its erotic...but its good for a laugh. I've had this happen a few times and I always get the giggles--breaks up the monotony...lol. I've heard the reason this happens is because lubrication has decreased in the women's vagina....I'm not so sure about that but the joke was on my sister when she asked me about it--I told her that her husbands willy was too little and what she thought was a big one was really just a bunch of air...ha ha ha

Matt, a fanny fart is not a term we use here in the States...here a fanny fart would be an actual a s s fart, as the word fanny here means buttocks.
Here the word you are looking for would be queef or queeb.
