Hi … my friend and I are looking to go travelling... both young professionals girls.. Instead of taking time out of our jobs we are hoping to do small trips over the year/s around the world …or at least half way, because we are looking to do long week end trips it would be pointless to go too far…. Iceland is my first choice … I really want to see the geysers and hot springs… so type of things like that .. Any ideas? X

Yeah, Iceland is nice. Philippines, Switzerland and Africa are just among the few great places you could visit, but there's a whole world to see. The final decision is up to you.

The best kept secrets I wouldn't want to become too popular but opportunities come into your lap and you take them. This is how I found the most picturesque places.
Some places that you nothing about can indeed be the most exciting places to goto.
Iceland, see... I didn't even know they had hot springs.
Try places in the bulkan's... Or places in south America... Or central asia....
Depends how adventurous you are... I heard Laos and Cambodia are very exciting.
If you really are crazy enough, you can try travelling to the southern ice cap for a hefty price tag :)

I'd suggest going to Crown Candy in St Louis Missouri. I visited there 2 yrs ago with my mother on a trip out to the mid west and it was one of the best things of our entire trip. Its been around in St Louis sience 1913! I came across it from a web site that had ratings of different places to eat all over the world. When your there get a milkshake and the BEST hot dog you'll ever have! You have to eat the hot dog with a knife and fork cause its so big.
