I have answered the same question many times here. The questions come in various formats. But all indicate the same thing.
If you feel like that without a particular reason (eg. death of a dearest one) you must consult a Clinical Psychiatrist immediately. You may have Depression, Bipolar Disease or some other psychiatric conditions. Don't worry, all these problems can be solved. Almost all people have some form of mental disorders! It happens because stress in daily life is increasing, less rest, more workload, unhealthy family relationships, lack of friends and entertainments, noise pollution, industrialization etc...
If you don't get treated at the right time you will be a burden to yourself, family and society. A stitch in time saves nine.
You are better than others in some way. Enjoy life!

Please, HG, find someone you trust that you can talk to. It's really important that you take good care of yourself, mentally and physically, and talking about your feelings to someone you can open up to is vital. Perhaps a priest or other clergy can at least point you to people who can help. Just know this; you matter, and at least one person on this ball of rock wants you to be happy!
